The most convenient way to get there? Public transport! During the festival, many tram and bus lines will operate on special, extended schedules to ensure safe transport to and from the event. All current information and timetables are available on the website of the Szczecin Road and Public Transport Authority (ZDiTM).
To ensure maximum safety for passengers and help them efficiently reach the event area and their homes, temporary ZDiTM staff posts will be set up from August 14 to 16 at: SKM Dworzec Główny, Celna, Plac Rodła, Turkusowa, Hangarowa Park&Ride, Plac Żołnierza Polskiego, and Wyszyńskiego. There, you will be able to get information regarding public transport operations during the event.
Nearly 220 employees will provide information about public transport operations, but will also assist, explain, and ensure safe movement around transport hubs. Additionally, employees will sell tickets, ensure ticket machines are working properly, and control the temporarily introduced traffic organization as well as any illegal occupation of road lanes. Meanwhile, cleaning crews will oversee cleanliness throughout the entire city for the full duration of the event. Dispatchers from the ZDiTM Traffic Control Center will supervise the security of public transport operations along with ongoing traffic control and management.
