They pass on the most important information regarding the program, help with organizational matters, and ensure that the crews\u2019 stay in Szczecin runs smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it is not just about duties. For many volunteers, it is primarily an opportunity to meet people from all over the world, make friends, and experience a unique sailing adventure. Many former liaison officers still keep in touch with the crews they met, and some have even received invitations to sail together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe greatest value is the people.
