Wały Chrobrego full of people, bridges stretching like ribbons over the river, and dozens of tall ships moored along the quays – this is what Szczecin looks like when seen from a helicopter cabin. An experience available during The Sails 2025.
A helicopter flight is an attraction you simply must try during this year’s edition of The Sails. It’s a chance to see the maritime festival from a completely new perspective – all thanks to Radio Eska. Flights take off from Łasztownia, with the helipad located at the very end of the Starówka quay.
After a short briefing, passengers take their seats in the cabin, and moments later the rotor blades begin their rhythmic dance. The helicopter lifts into the sky, revealing a unique view of Szczecin – the Oder winding like a silver ribbon, Wały Chrobrego buzzing with people, the colorful market tents, and the majestic masts of tall ships that, from above, resemble miniature sculptures.
The flight lasts up to 10 minutes – short, perhaps, but long enough to take in the entire city center, the port, and the skyline stretching all the way to Lake Dąbie. The attraction costs 250 PLN.
