Szczecin under full sail! The celebration begins!
Today, sails will unfurl not only on masts but also in the hearts of all sea adventure lovers. The sailing celebration in Szczecin begins – a unique blend of tradition, culture, and entertainment. The air is filled with anticipation, and the city is ready to welcome guests and a wave of attractions lasting late into the night.
A bustling port full of attractions
From noon, Szczecin will transform into a vibrant harbor. At 12:00, to the sounds of the 8th Brass Band Festival, the Sailing Zone will officially open. At the same time, the youngest visitors will discover their own harbor in the Children’s Zone by the Mickiewicz Monument, offering workshops, animations, and maritime-themed games. On Łasztownia Island, the Holiday Park Szczecin funfair will dazzle with colors and cheerful sounds, while the ZWiK zone will offer not only refreshing water but also fascinating scientific experiments.
At 18:00, make sure to save the time for Bloco Pomerania Samba Port – the Parade in the Rhythm of Sails. The parade route will lead from Wały Chrobrego through Zygmunta Starego, Jarowita, and Szczerbcowa streets, and back towards Wały Chrobrego.
Market, art, and flavors from around the world
The boulevards and Wały Chrobrego will become lively promenades. The “Under the Sails” Fair will offer maritime souvenirs and regional delicacies, while the Artists’ Alley will showcase unique handicrafts from all corners of Poland. Hungry visitors can embark on a true culinary voyage – the Food Port and numerous food trucks will help recharge your energy for more fun.
Tall ships within reach
Plenty will be happening on the water, too. By 15:00, the last vessels will moor along the quays – a perfect opportunity to step aboard and meet the crews. Below are the approximate visiting times (subject to change at the captains’ discretion):

Music across several stages
During Żagle, let the music sweep you away! On Łasztownia Island, you’ll hear shanties and maritime tales. Grodzka Island will turn into a zone of club beats lasting late into the night. Meanwhile, on the Main Stage from 19:00, stars will light up the evening – Banach and Friends, including Renata Przemyk, Wojtek Waglewski, and Kamil Bednarek, will get the audience dancing.
Convenient public transport
On this special day, we encourage you to leave your car at P&R parking lots or SKM stations and take advantage of public transport. For the occasion, timetables have been extended and additional bus and tram lines are in service.
