A wonderful adventure for the whole family
in the heart of the city
The Children’s Zone programme includes performances, dance workshops, maritime-themed animations, presentations by artistic groups as well as children’s and youth groups, competitions, and interactive games. At the colourful stalls of the Jarmark pod Żaglami, visitors will find nautical souvenirs, delicious dishes, and original goods rarely found in shopping centres. Enthusiasts of a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle will also enjoy a variety of natural and traditionally made products. The Sail Market also features a unique Artists’ Alley, which has, for years, brought together creators eager to showcase their talents and handmade crafts.
Once again, the festival will be a culinary journey around the world. At the mobile restaurants, you’ll be able to taste dishes inspired by the flavours and cultures of various regions, countries, and continents. The offerings will also include traditional Polish cuisine, which may be an exotic treat for foreign sailors and tourists. The Food Port is also a space for rest and relaxation, featuring seating areas, cold drinks, and great music alongside the food.
Two vibrant amusement parks will be set up on both sides of the Oder River for residents and tourists attending the Szczecin finale. Thanks to Holiday Park, visitors can enjoy unforgettable moments on the largest Ferris wheel, while high-speed roller coasters will keep adrenaline levels high throughout the weekend. It’s the perfect place to embrace fun and a touch of madness!
The view of Szczecin from Grodzka Island is stunning in itself—but when paired with the sight of the largest and most beautiful tall ships moored at the quays, it becomes truly breathtaking. The City Summer Zone on Grodzka Island will offer a range of attractions, events, and animations, drawing in both families with children and young people looking for a unique place to meet friends.
What would Żagle be without music? Well-known Polish pop stars, as well as shanty and blues bands, will provide a vibrant musical backdrop to the magnificent vessels. The Main Stage will be located on Jana z Kolna Street, while a second stage at Łasztownia will host sea shanties and folk music in a distinctive nautical setting.
Words can hardly describe the feeling of seeing these majestic vessels sailing into our city. The sight of Szczecin’s waterfront in such distinguished company is truly worth experiencing. Moored on both banks of the Oder, the ships will open their decks and welcome both residents and tourists. All visits are completely free of charge.
Among the many ships arriving in Szczecin, some will offer unforgettable cruises along the Oder River. Be sure to purchase a ticket and set aside some time to admire Szczecin from the water.
